Do you need a quick solution to a technical or application problem?

With our chat and shared desktop solution, a member of the OnCall Center can chat with you first to determine the nature of the problem.

If required, a shared desktop is initiated where OnCall, with your permission, will view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times, with ability to override control of your mouse and keyboard, and end the screen-sharing session at any time.

To get started, select one of the OnCall Team members below. Please fill in all the fields.

A small, self-installing plug-in will download with your permission. This allows secure two-way communications between OnCall and your computer. When the session ends, the plug-in will self-uninstall leaving no trace behind.
